Effective Monday, December 2, 2002, CME will begin to retransmit all the settlement prices prior to the Good Night message
at approximately 4:30 p.m. (CST), in addition to sending settlement prices (Category Code “Q” messages) as we normally do
each day, CME receives numerous requests daily for retransmission of the settlement prices; we are instituting this new procedure
in order to mitigate the number of these requests we receive. We sincerely hope you will find this procedure to be a convenience
to you.
